NJSS 2009 GARDEN STATE INAUGURAL GALA
The 2009 Garden State Inaugural Gala
On Tuesday, January 20, 2009 the New Jersey State Society celebrated the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States of America by hosting the Garden State Inaugural Gala at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington D.C.
Over 1000 New Jerseyans came together in a spirit of camaraderie and common purpose, honoring our country and our new President and Vice President. Guests enjoyed top notch live musical entertainment by the ‘B Street Band,’ the number one Bruce Springsteen tribute band for over two decades, a Monte Carlo style casino room, and fine food and beverages including a Ketel One Ice-Sculpted Serving Bar. Guests included Members of Congress, Congressional staff, local and state government officials, party leaders, the media, and representatives from over 25 sponsoring NJ companies and organizations
