 Welcome to the Nation's Capital Spring Reception The weather did not dampen the spirits of the over 90 guests who came to honor our two new Members of Congress, John Adler and Leonard Lance, at the May 6th “Welcome to the Nation’s Capital” Spring Reception in the Capitol Visitors Center. The event was co-hosted by the NJ State Society and the NJ Group. Rep. Adler was introduced by NJSS President Donise Cameron of PSEG and Rep. Lance by the NJ Group President Peter Begans. Both Congressmen discussed their priorities for 2009 and mingled with our sponsors and members. NJSS would like to thank our sponsors, the NJ Delegation staffers and the other New Jersey Members of Congress who attended, including Rep. Frank LoBiondo, Rep. Donald Payne, Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, and Rep. Scott Garrett. |
